Mary Cunningham is the founder and owner of Planned Achievements LLC, bringing over 21 years of experience in the human services field. Throughout her career, she has grown both personally and professionally, driven by a deep-rooted passion for supporting individuals with disabilities.

Mary’s commitment to this work began at a young age, inspired by having a family member with a disability. This personal connection shaped her lifelong dedication to empowering others and creating meaningful opportunities for those she serves. While earning her degree in Criminal Justice, she continued to pursue her passion within human services, gaining hands-on experience across a variety of roles—from volunteer positions to Residential Coordinator—where she quickly distinguished herself as a compassionate and effective leader.

Through these experiences, Mary developed a clear vision for what quality care should look like: individualized, dignified, and rooted in opportunity. She founded Planned Achievements LLC to bring that vision to life—an agency committed to fostering growth, promoting independence, and removing barriers that limit potential.
